A number of PONP committee members were going to attend the Rivers Edge meeting and discuss the dog park.
- Peter will send proposal for cost for the tree and two post to keep vehicles off the bike trail access point near Brookwood.
- Peter will also send the proposal for planting around the sign areas for the committee review. Please let Peter know of any planting changes needed. Peter will recommend some plant changes based on sight conditi \ons and to use some more native plants, grasses, plants to attract butterflies, and native ferns in deeply wooded area. Deer resistant plants ...
- Peter needs to check on extra signs, display case, and entry area sign upgrades....
- Peter will include with this e-mail the revised kiosk graphic file.
- Jerry Cotton and Preety - sign verbiage ?
- Extra bird boxes order and other parts like poles and baffles for the 2008 season. Set up date for cleaning and install of new boxes before it gets too cold. Helper needed on this project.
- Need to contact fence contractor for the trail leading to the bike trail.
- Peter purchased an exterior motion sensor camera to photograph wildlife and to observe night activity in the park.
- Peter took down the Purple Martin gourds and cleaned and stored them at his home for reinstall in the spring.
